associate degree's

This degree is for students who are planning to transfer to four-year institutions upon completion of the associate degree, or who desire two years of collegiate liberal education. There is considerable flexibility in course selection. Offered by Brookdale Community College and Ocean County College.

bachelor's degrees

This BS degree studies the nature of work, the problems of working people, and what workers have done — both individually and collectively — to address those problems. It explores how the work world can change to meet the challenges of the new century. Students acquire a range of competencies useful to human resources and labor relations specialists and participate in a series of cultural and disciplinary dialogues.
